I install Photo Template with joomla. But the customizer doesn't work. With another website, I used mozilla firefox, and it work's. but this time I can't use it, I try with chrome, mozilla and explorer... What's wrong?

certainly, before asking for assistance I tried to read everything but no proposed solution was useful. Could it not have happened to anyone? It's a big problem because I should be able to change some parameters, among other things I have problems on two of your templates ... don't you have any possible solution?
