I would like to enlarge the content of the article.

As I don't Use the sidebar A I would like to set it as 0%
At moment I have
Sidebar a at 30%
Sidebar b at 30%
and the content the remain value (40%)

I tried to change the sidebar a value but I can't reduce to zero, but just 20%

Hod o I have to do that?

Hello, thats not possible. In real mathematic there is no existing 0%. In financial maths there exists -10%....LOL
BTW the sidebar is on 0% if there is no module published

Yes I know that.
But reducing the side bar from 30 to zero I thought that's Which meant the entire sidebar will be eliminated and so the content will take its place.

Ok if not possible I don't get crazy for that.

If there is no module on sidebar, its zero then.
