And also,
your point 6 and 7, you only to have....
Sorry but, I have no idea about what and how to do this.
Do you have, please, any documentation where I can find all the explanations?

Thanks again.
Sorry but joomla is completely new for me, and the one who managed the website before me is left without any explanation or doc on how the website worked.

Hello,
Jp file????
1. Please unpack the files for example > adventure_1_3_14
2.) Now point to the folder Template and use the file for example tp_adventure.zip and install it

Hi and thanks for your answer and patience,
jp-file?? sorry mistake from myself, of course is tp-life.
So i followed your instruction and now seems to installed, the error about xml and manifest files are disappeared.

So i jump to the next step, update joomla 3.1 to the new one 4..
The update stopped before the end, but backend still work with the new design of joomla 4.
If I try to display the home front end page I have this warning and error:
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type int in /home/lerablingtest/public_html/templates/jp-life/warp/src/Warp/Config/Repository.php

/home/lerablingtest/public_html/templates/jp-life/warp/systems/joomla/src/Warp/Joomla/Helper/SystemHelper.php:122
$this->language->load('tpl_warp', $this->path('warp:systems/joomla'), null, true);
and line 122 is:
if ($this->application->isSite())

Could you please provide some help about why the old template still there and call by joomla.

Thanks.

Please read the instructions carefully.
You have to uninstall the Warp and Roksprocket Extensions.
Code:
/home/lerablingtest/public_html/templates/jp-life/warp/systems/joomla/src/Warp/Joomla/Helper/SystemHelper.php:122 $this->language->load('tpl_warp', $this->path('warp:systems/joomla'), null, true); and line 122 is:
This message above is a rtypycally WARP error, and Warp Templates are not working with J4
