I use teplate FAGO and Joomla 3. I updated PHP from version 7.4 to version 8, but after the update web not working and administration also see attachment.
How can I solve the problem? And why web not work after PHP update?

Warp themes are not compaitble anymore

For the new Joomla 4, as well as for Joomla 3, we have switched our templates to a more modern framework, including Uikit 3 modules, Bootstrap 4/5 and a German backend.

The disadvantage however is that you cannot easily update our previous Warp7 templates, so you have to reinstall the template and assign the modules ect pp.

JP template name = Warp 7 (2013 - 2019) ( Joomla 3 & PHP 7.x only)

TP template name = Astroid ( 2020 - 2023 ( Joomla 4 & Joomla 3 & PHP 8.x)

Ok, I understand. I instaled template with Astroid, but when I upload database from the preious template the web pages did not work.
How can I uplod my database to the Astroid teplate?

I tryed update template FAGO from JP-Template to TP-Template according to your instruction, but the template not work corretly. I also instal Astroid plugin and Uikit 3 module.
When I want to upgrade from Jommla 3 to Joomla 4 with TP-Template what is the best way? Its possible to instal clear instalation of Jommla 4 with TP-Template and migrate the menus, moduls, articles atc. is it possible?

Sorry there is no general instruction to update from J3 to J4 because every one has different modules and extensions.
But afterwards you cant import the menu or content into the new installed Joomla
