toolbar-r missing after saving the module was created by selvamk

Accidentally I opened toolbar-r module and saved , after that it is missing , dont know what happened
How do I get it back?
I went through the documentation at demo.joomlaplates.com/jp_sport/docs/ but did not find anything related to this module
Your help is really appreciated

Hi,
the "fault" was to edit the Module Content without disabling any kind of editor .
Joomlaplates Docs (Social Media Buttons)

I added the below code in the module from what I found from the View Source, that took care of it
