modal.js not loaded over https error

Chrome (and Edge) throw the following error:
'Mixed Content: The page was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'warp:vendor/uikit/js/components/modal.js'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.'

This makes the browser block all the loaded scripts on the webpage. How can I fix this?

Open the file
..\templates\jp-magic\layouts\theme.config.php
and comment the line like shown in the image

Attachment modal-2-3.jpg not found
