[SOLVED] Cookie Law Script

Hello,
I tried to add Cookie Law Script according to step by step instructions www.joomlaplates.com/support/documentati...-a-cookie-law-script
But it's not working. Whatever I choose (color, position etc) it's always on top. Just like picture I've attached.
What do I do wrong?

Sorry they have changed the implementation.
Now you have to add the css too.
Add the css code before the script
