I cant find the actual version of the Astroid Framework 3.2 in the download folder... is there e reason for it? should I wait updating?

As long as we don't offer the version for download here, it shouldn't be installed in the backend even if it's offered. Only when we offer the download here will we have tested it sufficiently. It's possible that we won't release versions and will wait for the next or next but one before offering them for download.
